About Ylang Ylang Essential Oil

Ylang Ylang essential oil is extracted from the freshly picked flower of the tropical cananga tree which is found in the islands of the South Pacific, Madagascar and Reunion Island. The cananga tree is very fast growing and can reach an average height of twelve meters. Ylang Ylang means “Flower of Flowers”, these flowers are usually greenish yellow, mauve or pink and they produce a highly aromatic oil.
