Shake the bottle well and tip about one third into running water then soak your body for at least fifteen minutes for maximum benefit.

The oils which have been used in this blend all have a close affiliation with the skin. Lavender was first discovered in relation to the skin by Rene-Maurice Gattefosse who burned his hand in the laboratory and used Lavender oil straight away. He discovered that it promotes healing and prevents scarring. Mandarin is an excellent component of massage oils to use for the prevention of stretch marks and is also very safe oil as well as having a lovely delicate aroma. In skincare Frankincense is widely used for older skins where it is reputed to reduce the extent of wrinkles and act as a tonic to the skin. Neroli is used in this blend for its contribution to skin care as it has the special property of stimulating the growth of healthy new cells and has rejuvenating effects. Cypress is another oil widely used in skin care preparations for its scent as well as its tonic properties. It can help to stimulate the circulatory system. Use this blend several times a day for maximum effect.
