To use the Linseed Eye Pillow place it in the resealable bag provided and put it in the freezer for an hour or until cool. Then simply remove the bag from the freezer and place the silky lilac pillow across your eyes and forehead.

The weight of the linseeds will gently press against your eyes and forehead releasing stress and tension from the body, whilst cooling and refreshing the eyes.

The Eye Pillow has a Velcro strip so the linseeds can be removed when washing the eye pillow.
